Refund & Cancellation Policy (English)
Tiranga Yuva Samiti is a non-profit, youth-driven organization working for education, social service, environmental awareness, cultural preservation, and nation-building initiatives. All payments received through this website are used strictly for organizational objectives.
Donations
- All donations made to Tiranga Yuva Samiti are voluntary.
- Once a donation is successfully processed, it is non-refundable.
- Donated funds are immediately allocated to ongoing programs and initiatives.
- Donors are requested to verify details before completing payment.
Paid Memberships
- Membership fees support organizational activities and operations.
- Membership cancellation requests may be submitted at any time.
- Paid membership fees are generally non-refundable.
Exceptional Refund Cases
- Duplicate payment
- Technical or system error
- Unauthorized transaction
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the transaction along with valid proof. Tiranga Yuva Samiti reserves the right to approve or reject any refund request after verification.
रिफंड और रद्दीकरण नीति (हिंदी)
तिरंगा युवा समिति एक गैर-लाभकारी और युवा-प्रेरित संगठन है, जो शिक्षा, सामाजिक सेवा, पर्यावरण संरक्षण, सांस्कृतिक जागरूकता और राष्ट्र निर्माण के लिए कार्य करता है। वेबसाइट के माध्यम से प्राप्त सभी भुगतान संगठनात्मक उद्देश्यों हेतु उपयोग किए जाते हैं।
दान (Donations)
- तिरंगा युवा समिति को किया गया दान पूर्णतः स्वैच्छिक होता है।
- भुगतान पूर्ण होने के बाद दान राशि वापस नहीं की जाती।
- दान की राशि तुरंत सामाजिक एवं संगठनात्मक कार्यों में लगाई जाती है।
- भुगतान से पूर्व विवरणों की पुष्टि करना दानदाता की जिम्मेदारी है।
सशुल्क सदस्यता (Paid Membership)
- सदस्यता शुल्क संगठन की गतिविधियों और संचालन हेतु लिया जाता है।
- सदस्यता रद्द करने का अनुरोध किया जा सकता है।
- भुगतान की गई सदस्यता राशि सामान्यतः वापस नहीं की जाती।
विशेष रिफंड स्थितियाँ
- दोहरा भुगतान
- तकनीकी या प्रणाली संबंधी त्रुटि
- अनधिकृत लेन-देन
रिफंड हेतु अनुरोध भुगतान की तिथि से 7 दिनों के भीतर आवश्यक प्रमाण सहित किया जाना चाहिए। सभी मामलों में अंतिम निर्णय तिरंगा युवा समिति द्वारा लिया जाएगा।
